Kamogata Junmai Daiginjo Andō Limited Edition (純米大吟醸 無濾過生原酒) - seimaibuai of 50%. More fermented than expected. Soft on the palate on the attack, but spicy mid-palate.
Kamoshibito Kuheiji Junmai Daiginjo Human (醸し人九平次 純米大吟醸 human), 2021 - seimaibuai of 45%. Kinda fermented on the nose and palate, but smoother on the palate.
